NZ Gin Day
When: Held on the fourth Saturday of January every year, at different hosting distilleries.
Extras: As part of the festival, Distillers from all over NZ each select a botanical and the host distillery will create a recipe from the ingredients and produce the year’s limited edition NZ Gin Day release
