Alembics NZ began trading in 2009, led by Jill Mulvaney, a craft distiller with over 25 years experience working with botanicals and aromatic extracts. Jill and her small team, apply their extensive knowledge of distillation across all aspects of aromatic blending, fragrance, and natural flavour.
