At Distilled Spirits Aotearoa (DSA), we are committed to upholding the highest standards of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism in the New Zealand distilled spirits industry. As part of this commitment, we encourage all members to speak up when they see conduct that may breach industry standards, regulations, or the DSA Code of Conduct.

This Speak Up Policy provides a clear and respectful process for raising concerns—whether related to product labelling, advertising standards, ethical practices, or any matter that could compromise the integrity of our industry or the trust placed in us by consumers, regulators, and fellow members.

We believe that accountability starts with transparency. By empowering our members to voice concerns safely and constructively, we foster a culture where integrity is protected and where the collective reputation of our industry is strengthened.

This policy is designed to ensure concerns are heard, addressed appropriately, and handled with fairness, respect, and without fear of retaliation.
